My stay at this hotel was quite alarming due to a serious security issue. Despite the presence of security, a man was able to enter the restaurant and steal my purse, which left me feeling unsafe. The manager's response was disappointing as he claimed it wasn't the hotel's responsibility. While the hotel is potentially accommodating with its facilities, I would strongly advise anyone looking for a secure and safe stay to consider other options.
